Howard was recommeded because of his experience of working for the IRS. He cared about why I needed his legal help, he didn't make assumptions; he was diligent with research and he ultimately knew how to help me with my tax issues. I would recommend him based not only on his knowledge and experience but really because of his attitude towards helping normal, everyday people with scary tax issues/burdens.
