Horrible experience you meet with Mr Michles at the consultation and he makes you feel confident about this firm so you sign the contract then the games start and you realize the paralegal is supposedly doing the work (no call backs, no help with medical, no responding to e-mails, just like the attorneys in this firm) and you get passed to one of his lawyers right out of law school who you have little if no communication. They don't respond, no status, no help you will be their Victim, please I beg you don't be stupid like me and interview other firms. Once you sign you can't get out without losing your settlement. Yes they did get full settlement but to this day not sure if it was worth the stress, lies, lack of communication and amount of time it took them.

I hired Marcus Michles of Michles & Booth to represent me after I was injured in a serious bicycle accident. I was extremely lucky to have been represented by a lawyer and law firm with such extensive resources… their medical doctor worked with me and my doctors; their investigators collected and compiled all of the evidence involved in my case; paralegals and other staff made every step of the process stress-free for me. By some point early on in the process, my belief that I had hired a lawyer (Marcus) to represent me was largely overshadowed by the fact that I had really hired an army of legal professionals (Michles & Booth) to fight for me. Needless to say, I was more than pleased with the outcome of my case and the care and professionalism with which my case was handled.
