I am personally writing this review to hopefully save someone the regret of hiring this man. Once you sign the agreement be assured you will have minimal to no contact with him after. You will be dealing entirely with his Paralegal. Take note that when you walk into the office there is a key pad and glass doors that are clouded so you cant see who is back there (Mr. Gill). You have to ring a bell for someone to open a sliding glass window to talk to someone but you can not get to Gill because they have to let you in. o. If you don’t belive me stop by his office unannounced, you will notice all the security measures I spoke about to get to him in his office. He completely takes advantage of his clients. FIND ANOTHER LAWYER….

This one is sharp. I got good news and bad about my legal issue. In one shot. And that was refreshing, even if it involved dunking my, admittedly unrealistic, expectations of what the system “should do” into a vat of ice cold reality. But he toweled everything off by giving me more attainable alternates and telling me how to go about getting the best possible outcomes. I like this guy. In their industry time is money, and I’ve paid a lot just to be sitting in a seat, hearing at the last minute, from an attorney, that what I had been asking for all along was never attainable. This guy doesn’t do that. He helped me with what was in his jurisdiction and told me how to get help for anything that wasn’t.

Tom Gill is crooked! He took $500.00 from me and did absolutely no legal work in return. I was considering filing for divorce and then later decided not to utilize his services. He refused to reimburse my deposit. I have been a paralegal for seven years so I am fully aware of how a lawyer should practice. He does not follow the Florida Bar Rules and should be cited for taking money from people when no legal work was performed. Please accept this advice and select an attorney who is fair and adheres to the rules.

I hired Mr.Gill for my divorce. I never spoke with him again from day one. My case didn't go to court and he told me to sign the agreement that I didn'd even get ton read, and he charged me an arm and a leg for what little service I got from him. I was warned not to go to him, but sorry to say that I did.

I contacted several attorneys and Thomas Gill was the only attorney that would talk to me on the phone. I could not believe how much time and patience he took to answer all my questions. After speaking with him on the phone, I knew I would hire him. I was so very happy that I chose this firm to represent me. They made my stressful divorce so much easier to go through. Tom's staff was just as patient as he was and I greatly appreciated them. I would recommend Tom Gill to all my friends and family.

I hired Mr. Gill in my very complicated divorce case. I had already gone to other attorneys in the area and they wanted to charge me way more and wanted me to do most of the work. Mr. Gill made me relax about my case and took care of it the entire way. He is very personable and made sure I was not stressed at any point in time. I would highly recommend this attorney.

I used Tom Gill for my divorce and bankruptcy. He returned every phone call and answered every question I had, even legal questions that didn't involve my problems. His fees were fair and less than other lawyers I consulted with. His staff was friendly and always available to me. I would highly recommend this lawyer.

Asked for the attorney, and was transferred to the assistant handling the case I was inquiring on. Proceeded to tell me he had "no respect for people in my profession," although I was giving the professionalism he surely didn't deserve. When informed that the case was more or less closed, I asked for a letter stating such (which by the way, attorneys across the nation do this regularly and gladly), as part of their representation as an attorney. Not Ron, he quickly retorted "are you going to pay the attorney fees to do this?" Let me tell you, this guy is a piece of "work" (believe me, I had a better word). If this is the sort of unscrupulous representation you want..........I only hope things work out to your satisfaction. I personally wouldn't have him represent a social degenerate, they would have more class than him to begin with!!!

I had hired Thomas Gill for divorce,new nothing about him.Was going to lead me blindly into a divorce trial 3 months later,without even preparing for trial.His assistant charges for every phone call to himself he also gives out very bad advice.
