Peters may have adequate knowledge but never used it in the case. Contradicted certain established laws, was difficult to contact, and was often unsure of where we were in the case. He was not interested in doing any research or calling witnesses. He even admitted liking the opposition's witnesses. Had his client do his research, determine his arguements, and organize his papers. Was unwilling to even consider pursuing certain things and did the bare minimum while asking to charge extra. Have been trying to encourage him in a friendsly manner but have not been gettting any response.
