Agreements not held. Timeframe not held even that this was specifically asked. Price not held though this was in writing. Not responding to emails nor phone calls. staff is taking poorly care of matters - not really Mr. Byrd. The staff is trying to hide their mistakes.. This company is not recommendable. We are still waiting for originals and still arguing to get our money back though we have it in writing...
