Mr. Owens seemed to know what he was talking about, but just didn't care enough to do it. He is extremely unresponsive. I endeded up handling most of my own case in the end. He was extremely nonchalant and had absolutely no sense of urgency. He doesn't seem to believe anyone not even himself as everything I told him went in one ear and out the other. He will not answer your emails until you have sent them 3 times at the least. I was extremely unsatisfied as he showed up to my mediation in shorts, a tshirt and flip flops! Very unprofessional and irresponsible do not trust your livelihood to this man if you value it.
