I hired Mr. Glicken in s very difficult child custody Case. My spouse was horrible & tried to delay everything. Mr. Glicken kept moving my Case forward & eventually got me custody! I would refer other people to him! I read other reviews & i would disagree with what they say! Mr. Glicken personally answered my telephone calls! I would hire him again!

1. Has had multiple complaints and suspensions from the Florida bar. I suggest you call them before hiring him or any other attorney
2. Paid him thousands of dollars to handle a child case. I have been over billed and it has not been handled correctly.
3 HE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR REPEATED ATTEMPTS FOR UPDATES.
4. 3 years later and $10.000 in the hole still no hearing to resolve. I have filed a official complaint with the Florida Board

Over 2 years ago, I hired Mr. Glicken to represent me in my divorce. You’ll only hear from Mr. Glicken when he is looking for a payment on an invoice. Emails, phone calls, text messages, calls to his office are never returned. I’ve even gone into the office, spoken both the receptionist and the paralegal and am told by both that Mr. Glicken will have to give me a call. Two face to face appointments I made after my first consultation, he was a no show. I was not made aware till I went into the office. I recently moved my case to a new lawyer, but it took me a while as I did not have the financial means to hire a new attorney and had to make the money for a retainer the new attorney. My case (this includes minors) was affected by his negligence. I too will explore the options I have in filing a formal complaint. One doesn’t hire an attorney in their most vulnerable state and expect to be robbed.

Absolutely horrible with communication. Have tried to contact him for 3 weeks about our case with no avail. emails, phone calls, texts. NO response. Trying to agree to a settlement and still nothing. In two months he has accomplished a couple of phone calls and that's it. Our case could have been settled but because of the no communication it completed changed the possible outcome. This is a breach of duty. We feel as though we have been robbed completely. We are now having to find a new attorney.
