Consistently was out of town at critical points in the case. Was unavailable for comments. Only submitted a bill after the case was over - which was 1/3 again of what I had already paid him. Had personal issues that interfered with his view of the case. Behaved in a superior manner with a lot of attitude and in the end folded like a cheap suit.
