Terrible experience would not recomend. I paid $2000 upfront for a retainer fee. We get a associate lawyer named Chad whom invites my girlfriend out of town on a boat trip. He also whistled at her back side going up stairs. I was not paying my money to have a guy flirt with my girlfriend. Chad attempted to take advantage of a woman under stress. She went to Virginia Beach court and Chad actually gets less money per month than the soon to be ex husband has already been agreed upon. This was temporary support and not enough to support anyone. She was married for 30 years. After this we fired them. No partial refund was given or any kind of bill to explain what service was provided. I recomend you run from this law firm.

I rate Mr. Morrison with the highest rating and found him to be the kind of lawyer you hope you have representing you. Outstanding work on my case and outstanding results. Mr. Morrison spent hours with me preparing my case and after presenting it to the opposing lawyers, he got a great award of compensation for me. He was always very professional, and quickly responded to my phone calls and emails. He kept me updated on the developments in my case and took the time to answer all my questions. He always made me feel like my case was the most important case he had, although I know he has many clients. If you want an attorney who will be dedicated to your objectives, look no further than Mr. Morrison.

I recently used Mr. Morrison in a custody case and he and his team were wonderful.
They truly do care about what you are going through, and are always there to listen and advise you in the best direction.
Mr. Morrison’s team is very knowledgeable and returned all my phone calls in a very timely manner.
I would recommend his firm to my friends and family if they ever needed a lawyer.

When my daughter was injured I came to Mr. Morrison for help. He made a difficult situation so much easier. They answered all of my questions and really focused on my daughter and getting her the best outcome. I would come to this firm for any of my legal matters in the future.

My family have repeatedly contacted him trying to get information about my aunt's estate. None of our calls were returned, even though the receptionist assured us she would give him the message. He also failed to send some of the heirs written information that was sent to other heirs. If you need more proof of his failures to communicate with his clients, look him up on the VA State Bar Association.

I am very pleased with Ware Morrison's representation of me both in court and with negotiations with the other lawyer. First, the divorce was very stressful and difficult for both me and my family. Mr. Morrison was very supportive and understanding. He always took my calls or would call me back very quickly. I was struggling financially and Mr. Morrison made my life easier in two ways - he fought to get my good money support from court orders and he worked with me on my legal fees by setting up a payment plan which was affordable. Mr. Morrison and his team have been really wonderful to work with and I want to thank them for all that they have done for me. He worked with me on a sensitive family law matter, and he was very compassionate and fought hard, and I ended up getting exactly what I had hoped for. Everyone at the office was kind and helpful, and overall things went smoothly and more quickly than I thought they would. I highly recommend working with him.

Mr. Morrison is an excellent attorney who I have gone to for advice for a number of years. He has represented me in Virginia at least 3 times that I recall and I have been very satisfied with the outcomes and handling of each of those cases. I give him my highest recommendation.

This is the worst law firm ever, every time I call they forget who I am, they never return phone calls, they are very rude and so unprofessional. I file for a divorce because my wife left me and she was able to turn it around on me with her lawyer and killed us in court. The are not personal attorneys at all, they just want your money and will they get, there case is no longer a concern to you.

THE CRAPPIEST LAWYER EVER!!!! I was told that $4500 would take care of my child custody case and my divorce. NOBODY ever showed to any of my custody cases and i lost my son to my wife who is his STEPMOTHER! I was told by K. Wolford, one of his attorneys that i could send him to spend time with his mom and the courts said thatt i put him in harms way by doing so and lost custody. Now his mom is not even allowed to see him at all!!!! I initally paid him $1500 and havent paid a dime since. I so wish there was some way to get my money back! I hate this man, and i think he charges so much in order to get all those ads in the yellow pages! He sucks and NOBODY should ever go to him for anything unless you just have money to blow and dont care if your lawyer sits on his fat butt and laughs while your in court getting screwed!@!!

My husband left me with no money but lots of bills and I thought I was out of luck until I hired Mr. Morrison. He filed my divorce, took my husband to court, and got the court to order support for me and for my children. He even got the court to order my husband to pay the mortgage for the house. He did a great job for me and it looks like I will get out of this marriage with money, my kids, and my home. I would tell anyone to use Mr. Morrison.

I fully urge people to read the negative comments on this attorney because they are right on. This office, from top to bottom, is the most unprofessional I have ever encountered in my 45 years. When I first met Ware Morrison he seemed like he was going to do everything possible to help out my situation. After I gave him my check, that entire demeanor changed and he NEVER returned phone calls and neither did his pathetic wife. I cannot believe this office is allowed open by the better business bureau, it is a JOKE. DON NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS FIRM!!!

When my husband tried to bankrupt my alimony, Mr. Morrison represented me in the federal courts and argued my case before the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals and won. I would highly recommend him.

This office is very messy. My divorce case has been active for nearly three years, I have had nothing but frustration and disappointment with this firm. They do not return phone calls and appear to only respond to threats, with that response being as little as humanly possible. If I had not paid my funds in full, or if I could afford another lawyer, I would chalk up my losses and find a different attorney. Plainly put, I would NOT recommend this firm to my worst enemy, to put it nicely.
