Mr Dancu will charge you for EVERYTHING. He charged for 3 hours for "reviewing" our case yet still knew nothing about it and had to ask many questions that he should have know if he REALLY spent 3 hours reviewing the case. When he decides that HE wants to take a vacation, YOU will be charged for HIS decision to take time off. He files with the court his notice of unavailability and YOU are charged for that file. He also will charge you the attorney rate for work that his paralegal did. Plain as day on the bill it states paralegal but yet the rate is the attorney rate of service. He will ask for items yet never explains anything he is doing, file papers you didn't ask him to file, and will make decisions without even consulting you. Everything in the case started one way and he took it a totally different direction, just giving him the ability to charge MORE! And when he send you an updated invoice and it hasn't even been a week that you haven't responded, he will drop you as a client.
