It is never an easy thing negotiating a separation.It is a time when people are at their most vulnerable, as they navigate the devastating loss of the family unit. You need someone you can trust. An honest, level headed, intelligent, emotionally solid,experienced and accessible advocate.I came to Mr.Herbert after working with 2 prior attorneys. Mr Herbert knows his stuff. I felt like he knew my story and was ready for the challenge. He was on time and ready to work always. The advise was good and made me think about what I wanted to do towards the family law process. Overall a great lawyer and person. Thanks for everything u have done for me and my family a special going that extra mile every time.

Mr.Herbert is a professional and very experienced. He gives exceptional legal advise and stuck with my wishes. He won my custody case and child support and I am thankful I had such a committed lawyer . I would recommend him . He is a stand up gentleman that works hard for his client.

I always have a good service with mr herbert he dis give me good advice and was always on time at my court date i had him tru out the process of getting my children to my care it was a long road but worth it thanks mr Herbert i will always remember you ??P.f

Mr.James Herbert is thoughtful and compassionate who negotiate the best result for his clients. He responds to questions promptly and expertly. Mr. Herbert is exceptionally experienced and presents the best possible outcome. He would turn every page to guide and advice of all options and advocate the best course of action for the individual case. Mr. Herbert diligently maintains your best interest at heart and takes into account consequences that may arise based on present decisions made. He has a very remarkable ability to plot a course for his clients steadily when dealing with the most complicated matter such as child support. Overall, Mr. Herbert is considerate, kind and extremely reasonable for his services rendered. I strongly recommend him as an excellent Lawyer.

He would make simple things complicated and charge more cost. He wouldn't correct very obvious error or verify fact to consider the best interest of the divorced family. He fire up you emotionally and use the emotions for his money gain purpose.

Great lawyer. Emotionally intelligent. Was very helpful and went beyond what was necessary. His assistant didn't seem to proof his work as well as she could have though, somebody get her a dictionary.
