BE AWARE...
A very bad experience with this totally unethical attorney during a real estate deal. Craig M. Dorne, Esq. who not only lost a real estate deal for his client during the sale of their commercial property in Miami but was trying to steal buyers' deposit delaying and obstructing the return of their money and overbill his clients. Be sure to do your Due Diligence before hiring an attorney. It can backfire on you if you don't do your Due Diligence and hire somebody who is incompetent.
Filling a complaint with The Florida Bar and working on our malpractice lawsuit against this totally dishonest and unethical lawyer who should be disbarred immediately because of his malpractice and incompetence. It is a shame when you find this kind of attorney. I worked and I know a lot of attorneys in Miami, that are real professionals and are always trying to do the best for everybody involved in the transaction and to follow the law and the Code of Ethics.
