Sherri Nott handled the sale of our home in Boca Raton. She did a great job and was very professional and nice. Reasonable fees. Came to our house to have documents signed. Always available and responsive

Sheri Nott handled the sale of my home in Boynton Beach. She and her assistant Laura were very professional,hardworking and nice. I highly recommend them for real estate closing services and any other legal work that they handle. My wife and I thought they were the best title agents that we have ever used, by far. My realtor thinks they are great, too! Laura is always available after hours as well. They are very responsive.

I hired Sheri Nott law group and was extremely dissatisfied with the service. Sheri never returned a single call, and her assistant, Shane was almost equally unresponsive. They made me put down $1K and said if a short sale wasn't reached that my 1K was fully refundable. The short sale was never reached and they refused to give me a refund. They also tried to make me send an extra $500 for rush services saying we had a closing. I came to find that closing was a lie and they were trying to rip me off. Pathetically unprofessional.
