I've used this attorney on 3 separate occasions for 3 different reasons and the outcome was always a win. All my cases were resolved with the court in my favor. I used him for Bankruptcy, Real Estate Foreclosure, Real Estate Legal Document Prep Services and Family Law. He also does most general Legal Document preparation services, like Wills, Trusts and more.... May seem laid back but him and his wife (who works with him) never dropped the ball and everything was great. The communication outside the office when you have questions or want to know the status of things, could be a bit better but I would not place a lot on it because he always returned my calls. He is also very fair and reasonable when it comes to the fees he charges to do the work for you. He is at the low point or average point for most things and never overcharged me for anything. When I first shopped around other attorneys wanted a substantial amount for the work. Go with David Javits and you will win.
