Stay away from this attorney, has no business practicing law or at least not foreclosure defense, irresponsible, careless. Impossible to get a hold of him, has no respect for his clients needs, never returns calls, emails, or text messages. You have a better chance representing yourself, Luis Dias should not have a license to practice law.

Stay away. This lawyer is very good on the first appointment and when you pay him, after that it is hard to reach him over the phone. You have to go to his office and push your way in to get him to do what is needed it.
