Mike was the attorney on all three of our home closings. He kept us informed about the process, was diligent about staying in touch with the other attorney and gave ua advice about items we would otherwise not have known. In the end, we were very happy with the price, the ease of the transaction and, of course, our new home! I recommend Mike for your home sale and will be using him again.

Mike Jaskula is straight-forward, honest, and clear in his communications. He is also very prompt with all his products which are of very high quality. Mike Jaskula is thoughtful, very smart, and can always find a way to get what the client needs. He helped me successfully sue a painter who did not perform the work on my house. He has helped many times to solve legal issues and give advice.

Mike represented our church when we received a notice of tax sale for our parsonage. He was able to identify that the city had confused PIN numbers and managed all the communication with the city. He also came and met with our church council to explain the situation. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and knowledge.

As a Realtor in Chicago for over 26 years I know that Mike Jaskula has not only been a great attorney through the years but he has saved more than a dozen deals by either finding tax issues and saving my clients money. His experience and patience has also protected my clients from bad purchases and I would say his knowledge regarding estate , Wills, and all general law is way above par with most attorneys. He always has time to listen and return all calls and answer any and all my questions.

I would not use this attorney. He has a high opinion of his own skills and misrepresents his limited ability. An attorney should not game the system and should stand by the quality of his work. I rated as I did because of the defective legal work he did on behalf of my company. This guy is a joke.

Accepts cases in which he has no experience. Bills the client for research involving the most basic principles of civil law. Tells his clients to "sue him" when they question his mistakes. Steer clear!!!
