He was my pubic defender in Brevard County,FL.I was charged with dui 2nd and poss of hydrocodone,my girlfriend just went to the Docter the day of my arrest,I was in her car,and got arrested, because I told them there was my girls prescription in the car,it had her name on it,and they were all in there,I was being held by the jail,by my court date I asked him to track her down,and told him who to call and where,he didn't do so,and all the state and Judge wanted to see was her,to make sure they were good,he never even tried,he told me if I don't take the states plea to 15 months in prison they were going to up the charge to trafficking 15 years mandatory,so I sighed deal,and got screwed as bad as I could,when I got home my girlfriend,her doctor, I told him to call never heard a thing,I have the paper work in my hand showing that it was a real prescription,and it was prescribed to her earlier that day,so in my eyes he should not even have a law licence,AVOID AT ALL COST
