Mr. Poe was highly knowledgable about the law and extremely honest about what he felt the outcome would be. He fought for interest and I was extremely please with the outcome.

Completely checked out and disengaged. The opposing attorney in our case was completely driving the bus! Mr. Poe dismissed this client when he wrote the attorney to let Mr. Poe know he was dissatisfied with communication, the fact his surly secretary runs his office poorly since Mr. Poe is rarely there, and clients position might be threatened by an untimely filing. Absolutely no interest in customer service and communication.
