Mr. Kempner is the poorest Attorney I have ever had. He said that he would help me and just did nothing for months. When I finally demanded that he do his job, he dropped me and left me with nothing. My case was ready to be settled. I am disabled and really believed that he would help me. He is associated with Morgan and Morgan so I would suggest avoiding them as well.
