This lawyer was hired to handle estate payments. I'm in TX, my brother set this up in FL so I've been out of the loop. When I sent an email, no response. Then I called and received a rushed response from his assistant, Rachelle. Then when I asked another question by email, she replies with one sentence in ALL CAPS! So I let her boss, Rick Kanter know about this, and his reply was "I am quite sure that it was done on purpose out of frustration of having to deal with you and your inability to comprehend." WOW! What an unprofessional organization! Avoid at all costs.
