Anthony Penoso handled my case with care. When it came to trial, he out performed the other parties attorney. He asked questions thoroughly and concisely! I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to expel the truth from the opposing side. I'm truly grateful for his diligence and attention to detail. Awesome guy! In our zoom app court meeting, with 30 other people, there was a woman that he used to represent. She was unrepresented at the time of our zoom court hearing. He asked the judge straight up if he could represent her for free in this trial. I almost cried, we need more lawyers like Anthony Penoso!

I am going to take a moment and let you know my experience with Mr. Penoso. I have nothing negative to say about Anthony or his staff in the office. His assistant was just as big of a help as he was and worked with me and stayed patient. I am a young mom trying to do whats best for my daughter. The court house just looks at you as another case not caring what the outcome is for your child. Trying to file paperwork yourself is very overwhelming when you don't know what you are up against. But after meeting with Anthony for the very first time I felt more at ease already and he made me feel very comfortable. I am very pleased with his performance so far as well as his support, honesty, determination, and positive attitude. A positive attitude is very important especially in a case involving a child. He is always looking out for the best interest of the child. Mr. Penoso's services are reasonably priced and well worth it. I would recommend him to anyone.

All lawyers I believe can reach the tip top of your b.s meter, but Mr. Penoso is an attorney who will make you extremely regretful with your big investment. Mr. Penoso does not reply to phone calls, voicemails, nor emails, and if you put things in writing, he gets off his butt to reply because things in writing leave a paper trail which could land him in trouble with the board of ethics. My case was child support, visitation and background. my ex's lawyer did all the work except the initial lawsuit put in place by me, and I had to get rude to get Penoso to work swiftly on my behalf. My background situation is still in the air. I haven't spoke to Penoso in months, and his assistant is never happy to speak to me (like I said, I had to get rude before), so I have complained to the board of ethics to hopefully get results or my money back. Oh yeah, and by the way, I employed Penoso Oct.2012, it is now Sept.2013 and I am still waiting for results. DO NOT EMPLOY PENOSO! YOU WILL REGRET IT
