I went to Mr Thomas in March of 2010 after receiving a letter from my now former employer threatening to fire me for something that was beyond my control. Long story short, I gave him a retainer of $500 and an additional $125 consultation fee. I was given the impression that he would do whatever he could to keep me from getting terminated. All he did was send my employer a letter explaining what happened and asked them not to terminate me. He did nothing else on my behalf. In April of 2011, I let him know I was not happy about his lack of communication and requested a refund of the retainer. He only refunded me $329 of the money and told me I should have communicated with him. I did not because I was given the impression that he would stay in touch with me. I do not recommend him at all. Avoid at all costs.
