This man has a terrible personality; he is belittling, demeaning and terribly insulting. He actually engages in name-calling, which I was stunned about. He cuts you off before you can even finish giving information and facts. I went to another lawyer after I went to Bob Gossett - the second lawyer specializes in tenant-landlord relations - something Bob Gossett does not specialize in, even though he practices real estate law. This second lawyer looked at the advice Bob Gossett gave me and said, "I disagree with everything he has said here. Please don't follow his advice." So I paid almost a $1000 - to be insulted, belittled, and actually called names - just to get inaccurate legal advice.
