After 3 years, and thousands in legal fees, Eric Glazer was unable to enforce, in bankruptcy court,a settlement agreement, negotiated by Eric, and completely breached by the other party. When the bankruptcy judge determined our matter could revert back to state court, we advised Eric we would continue the litigation. His firm dropped us like a hot potato. Issues and questions he cannot answer are totally ignored. If a settlement agreement is unenforceable, why were we advised by Eric Glazer to even enter into one, in the first place?When negotiating this settlement agreement, he omitted any mention of legal fees if the settlement if breached. This omission caused us to pursue three years of litigation, after having been advised by Eric, that the breaching party is responsible for legal fees. According to the bankruptcy judge, this is incorrect, and this issue must have been in the Settlement Agreement.
