This is a very lazy lawyer, he charges a flat fee, and then once paid wants to do as little as possible. For 4,500 dollars he only has to appear in court twice and go to one deposition, when I brought up taking the case to trail he will pump you full of fear, so that you will accept his friend the state attorney offers you. Less effort and time on his part means more money in his pocket. No motivation to do what is right, only what benefits him. He may be a fine divorce lawyer, but if you have a criminal charge look else where, total waste of money. Not to mention that he is rude and condensing when speaking to people.
