Mr. Khan is dedicated, reliable and committed to his client. I first hired Omar when he was with his previous law office and again during his current solo practice. I originally instructed him to keep the separation negotiations non-combative as possible while achieving an equitable resolution. He more than paid for his fee by showing me the negative tax implications of an offer from the opposing counsel and I feel protected my rights as a father. I can't comment on how he would be in court, but he might be the right person for you if you want to avoid going to trial. My second use of his services was to resolve issues delaying the divorce certificate. This did not involve any negotiations but was more of a bureaucratic exercise which he resolved to my satisfaction. Omar is very kind and a knowledgeable lawyer and seems like a caring person who values the needs of his clients. I would hire him again if the need ever arose.

I had Omar for my family court case a few years ago, and he failed to protect me or my child's interests in court. He did nothing to stand up to and fight the opposing counsel. He made me accept ridiculous terms. In addition, he did not remember the details of my case, so when reviewing his drafts for the documents, I often had to correct important details such as dates, amounts and facts. He was nice to me, but too nice to the opposing counsel in court, who was ruthless. Omar also, often did not return my calls or respond to my emails.

Mr. Khan is the best, plain and simple. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to get ahold of, fair, understanding and just an overall great lawyer. Mr. Khan helped me get my case resolved as quickly as possible, he did not try and drag the matter out and never tried to mislead me in any way.

Worst family lawyer I have ever come across. Mr. Omar Khan does the opposite of resolving family law issues and does not care about the family one bit! He is all about filling his own pockets with money!! He drags the process on forever, and does more unnessary fighting then what he is supposed to be, RESOLVING & helping the family move forward for the best interests of the children. Instead he drags things on and is a total liar and slime ball on top of it causing unnecessary conflict. The children are not in his best interest and in fact he costs the whole family, not telling his clients what he should be telling them, instead recommending the opposite so as to drag out the process. I have never come across a lawyer who lies this much. Not what I thought a lawyer should be at all, especially in family law. Whoever retains this lawyer is looking to drag out there divorce and torture there family & lose all there assets!! Please beware of Omar Khan, he is pure evil!

This lawyer is not worth the money he will ask you to fork out during your court process. He will drag the process on longer than necessary, in order to fill his pocket book. As great as he can talk, he will milk you for every buck you have, especially after seeing your form 13 and realizing your net worth. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone going through a divorce, very unethical.

Mr. Khan is a wonderful, efficient, and compassionate lawyer. He made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped into his office. A separation/divorce is a very stressful time, but Mr. Khan understood my situation and helped me get everything I asked for. Working with Mr. Kahn was by far the easiest part of the process. He wasn't just my lawyer, he was my ally. I highly recommend him to anyone that is in search of a competent lawyer.

I met Omar Khan last year following some family matters involving my daughtrr, after my first seating with him I knew he genuinely cared about my case and was willing to help in any way possible. Omar Khan provided myself and my 2 year old son great compassion and dedication in a time restraining and frustrating situation. Khan was always punctual with returning calls, and went over and above to make sure that my case came first and was reviewed/filed immediately. I first met Mr. Khan July 2013 re guarding a sole custody dispute over my 4 yr old daughter. I am very impressed with all the hard work & dedication Mr. Khan has put towards my custody battle. Mr. Khan has also shown both myself & my daughter nothing but respect & compassion. Solely based on my opinion, I believe that it can be very hard these days to find a lawyer who cares as much as Mr. Khan does. Mr. Khan stands behind his clients & always believes in doing the right thing. I will admit, I was a little nervous at first, not about Mr. Khan, but about in trusting my daughter's future into the hands of a stranger. Looking back, I am glad that I chose Mr. Khan & I support him 100% Mr. Khan first impressed me in Court Aug 2013 when I was allowed to keep my daughter.
