Ms. Ciraldo represented my brother in his divorce action and did a terrible job. She never filed documents that she claimed she would file. Rarely filed motions or set hearings. When she did appear at a hearing, it was when Petitioner's attorney filed a motion for a hearing. My brother's trial was continued at least 3 times if not more due to her lack of action and lack of knowledge. Yet she had no problems charging him an arm and a leg. Her failure to represent him diligently resulted in $10,000 legal fees. He finally took my advice and retained another attorney. Had he retained him in the first place, my brother's end-result would have been different. If you want an attorney that knows what he/ she is doing, do not retain Ms. Ciraldo for your divorce or any other family law issues. She knows how to manipulate her clients into thinking that she knows what she is doing. Rarely returned calls or respond to his emails. Shame on her for calling herself a family law attorney!
