Merrilee represented me and my brother against family members in a will contest. Not knowing any processes in legal family matters, she proved to be an excellent representative.The smiley face (good rating) does not do her justice. Merrilee excelled in all of the categories listed above. My brother and I spoke to her quite often and found her to be extremely tenacious and knowledgeable, with great communication skills and we were excited to have her as our attorney. Even though she faced difficult obstacles in this litigation, she delivered the results that my brother and I wanted to achieve, a fair distribution of my father's assets. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for", and Merrilee was worth every cent. She is a type "A" personality by my evaluation and would exhaust every avenue to provide excellent representation for anyone.
