Comes off as your friend and "sister" but if you have a small case you're last on her list. She never includes you in correspondence to you insurance agents, opposing counsel, etc. You can go months without hearing from her. When communications are finally responded to the excuse is that she has been "very busy" with depositions on some "tragic" case, she was out of town, etc. Her paralegal is an idiot and inefficient.
