Worst ever. Charges excessive fees, doesn't pay his bills, building with law firm is in foreclosure because he didn't pay his bills for 3 years. He unnecessary files depositions on everyone you know destroying your network.

This man should not be practicing law. He has been suspended and the bar has made a complaint against him. He will take you to zero. He knows how to manipulate the system and how to incur fees. He needs money to pay all the law suits against him so he will find away to pad your bills. He is notorious for this. If you know whats good for you run do not walk!

Hired him. Worst mistake of my life. Check out his past Florida Bar cases and he now has a 3rd one. I wouldn't recommend him to an enemy. Google his name, search Florida Supreme Court and county dockets for cases re: him. I wish I had known before I hired him.

Excellent, prepared attorney. Can't recommend him more. My divorce dragged on and on with another attorney. Rakusin got me through all of it as painlessly as possible. He was recommended to me by my friend going through probate problems and he was extremely happy.
