after speaking to him several times and he advising us that we had a case and he would gladly take it, we flew to Florida, met with him, made a verbal agreement with him and asked him to send us the engagement letter to get started. He then disappeared off the face of the earth and we could not get a call back or even an e-mail. We finally found out he got another case that was more profitable to him and that is why he could not be bothered with ours. After several weeks of asking him for an answer one way or the other, he finally e-mailed saying we would be better served by another law firm as something came up after we had met. We were from out of town and had flown to meet him when we made the verbal agreement and wanted to send a check for engagement, so he knew how devastating and inconvenient it was for us to start all over again. We even asked him to recommend another attorney, but he could not be bothered. His unprofessionalism speaks for itself. Client Beware!
