Geanine represented me during my recent contested divorce proceedings. My ex husband filled for a divorce. He forwarded a proposed stipulation in which, I would decline any marital estate, after 13 years of marriage. I was stressed and legally unaware. I imagined there was nothing I could gain by contesting the divorce.
