DO NOT use this attorney to handle your divorce; it is NOT his area. Throughout my entire case he kept telling me that my case was not an alimony case. On the day of mediation he completely capitulated and it cost me my house and other property along with $40K to buy her out of long term alimony. Effectively I was given totally incorrect information. He did not fight for me and simply folded at the mediation. He told me to agree to every little request made by the spouse's attorney and rationalized it by saying that it would be worse for me if it went to trial. Under his advice I was also told to hire a forensic accountant who charged me $3K for absolutely nothing! DO NOT use him to handle your divorce...you can do way better.
