Mr. Brinley lied to me about the status of my home up until i was thrown out of my home with my child and even after. I had less than a day to grab what i could after living there for 20 years. He should never practice again.

This man should not be practicing law he wouldn’t finish our case and put us in delinquency more times than I can count , he would get us out when we gave him cash under the table we were scared we would lose our case , he’s a horrible person he’s been scamming people since 1998 please check with the Florida bar association before hiring him he wil ruin your life

Mr. Brinley is terrible attorney. He will take your money and not do the work and you will lose your home like I did. Please don't hire him.

Mr. Brinley is a terrible lawyer. He is currently being sued by two plaintiffs for professional malpractice. Default judgements have been entered against him in these cases. 50-2015-CA-010079-XXXX-MB and 50-2015-CA-013526-XXXX-MB. Mr. Brinley is deceitful and unscrupulous. A third professional malpractice case was settled prior to going to court against Mr. Brinley.

Mr. Brinley should just stop taking on cases. He cannot even handle the ones that he has. If you actually get him on the phone, he will lie about sending you paperwork or about how he filed said paperwork. Once he realized what number you are calling from...he will no longer answer your calls. Horrible, Horrible man. You pay for his service and then he is gone. If I could afford it...I would hire a lawyer and sue him. Seems others are in the process of this. Stay away from this guy.

This is the last attorney you want to retain. I put my 5 Business properties in his hands, and he lost them all leaving me flat broke, from 7 digits a year. Dan Brinley has multiple lawsuits, he's negligent, he's a liar, he has no knowledge, and he's not for you, he's against you. He's unscrupulous. He has no communication skills at all, so you never know what's going on. And when he does Enlighten you, it's a straight-out lie.
