"My lawyer" did not complete my case. He left me in the lurch - eventually stopped returning my phone calls. I had to finish it myself, which ended up costing me more time and money - and STRESS - than it would have if he had finished his job. He said his (upfront) fee was "all-inclusive". I guess not. VERY disappointing - to say the least!
