An excellent lawyer. He is knowledgeable, honest, has great compassion for his clients, has the highest personal ethics and is still idealistic enough to want to fight the good fight.

Superior Attorney. 100 percent for his clients at all times. Hard worker and honest, which is not the "norm" in the legal profession. Mr. Benson should have his own practice because he would have associates who are the same as he is. He practices the law, like he loves the law which is what makes him a shining example to all other attorneys. Brooks Benson is oddity, because he actually cares about his clients and what happens to them. A FIVE STAR ATTORNEY!!!! Recommended highly. Strong ethics also!
