I am very pleased with hiring Nicola to handle my child custody case. She is extremely knowledgable, organized and professional lawyer. She was very well prepared for the court, lead the cross examinations all the time in the right directions, took into concideration the judge's point of view and the child's best interest. She won in all points on the trial. Nicola would give precise advise without making fake promices. I got quality work and excellent results from her.

I found her advice very helpful in steering me through a very difficult time in my life. She was able to grasp complicated financial information quickly. I had heard that these types of cases can take years to resolve. Ms. Savin recommended the collaborative process which my wife and I used and are agreement was negotiated much faster than I had expected. I would highly recommend her.

My wife hired Ms Savin for a simple marriage contract. Her performance was extremely poor. The Marriage contract drawn was full of small mistakes. The whole process is now taking almost a year. She didn't respond to calls from my lawyer. Stay away. Very expensive but slow and poor performance. Very disappointed.

We engaged Nicola last minute to help our son in a custody case for our granddaughter. Even though she doesn't do litigation much anymore, she agreed to take on our case as it was heartbreaking. There were tons of material but even with little time, she prepared well. On the date of court, she guided the judge clearly and efficiently, helping her cut out the crap and got straight to the key points. We were in court from 10 - 5:30. She came across as knowing her stuff inside out. She was courteous, confident and assertive, and I think that gave the judge a good impression. She took apart opposing counsel's motion easily. We got better interim results than what we hoped for. The case isn't over but we really feel we chose the right lawyer

I have recently had the absolute pleasure and good fortune of retaining Ms. Savin in a fairly complex and difficult family court matter. Previously, I had used a few other lawyers so I'm well aware of what the standard is. Ms. Savin is by far the most professional, exemplary and knowledgeable lawyer I have ever met. She went above and beyond what was required in every area. She was willing to litigate my case for me, and watching her in the courtroom was amazing to behold - everything she did was basically perfect, leading to an unexpectedly and hugely positive resolution. She can be sympathetic, very personable, and knowledgeable while delivering a total butt-kicking when it matters. She is the benchmark for top lawyers and I am absolutely ecstatic I was able to retain her. Ms.Savin was very refreshing to deal with. I fully expected my divorce proceedings would be acromonius, drawn out and very expensive. She applied some very creative thinking which led to a win-win out-of-court settlement which not only saved me $ but at the end of the day, allowed me to maintain a postive relationship with my ex and most of all, protecting our children from the usual pain, stress and unhappiness associated with typical divorce proceedings. I am so grateful for her innovative approach and great work and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Through my experience in an interview with her, she did not seem to give any good direction of where the case might end up. She simply stated we will see how it goes. Really did not show any simpathy and I am glad that I went with my instinct not to hire her!

Pompous and arrogant lawyer who doesn't know how to communicate respectfully and doesn't care about the client at all. She only has her own financial/career oriented interests in mind. This woman is the PERFECT example of why lawyers have such a bad reputation. She gives the whole firm a bad name.
