Todd marsh has a few cases that are in ca state bar ...he takes your money and does nuthing..we gave him 2500 retainer fee then he still wanted more money and he took my boat title and I paid him 600 per month and he did not file anything on time and lost our appeal due to not filing on time ..when I asked him for my title back he said I still owed him money and refused to relinquish the title . He was given thousands of dollars and did nuthing . I want at the very least my title back..
