Mr. Ian Horn is a suitcase out of his trunk attorney. He represented me in a family law case with a great amount of careless and deliberate irresponsible unprepared means of an embarrassing appearance in court. He meets clients at a book store and seems to borrow other attorneys offices to appear professional. He is a despicable example who gives attorneys the horrible reputation they have. He practically chased me to get money and do nothing. He expressed confidence in my case only to not be aware that the Judge presiding was not the Judge expected. He meets the stereotype of poor reputations attorneys receive.
