I had the pleasure of working with Sam on a lengthly family matter and I am grateful for his representation. Not familliar with the court regulations and process, I felt communication was lacking, however I learned that court is a lengthly process and Sam contacted me when neccessary to proceedings. I imagine if he had responded to every nervous question I had, he would never get any work finished. Sam always made me feel at ease with his kmowledge and resonable, fair approach. I was awarded everything I had asked for and couldn't be more pleased. I would use his services again (hopefully I won't have to) and would reccommend his services to others.

Sam is okay, he currently is my lawyer and I just keep bugging him and pushing him. He is a very busy lawyer in court all day every day I do a lot with his assistant which she is always there and always answering and always responding. He definitely could be more attentive but he does what he needs to do when he is put in a court room he is a Pitbull when it comes to that down to the point.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. He will take your money and run. Then he charges you for emails because are trying to get a hold of him which his office should have done on their end. When he does respond its one word answers so you have to email again and pay more money. Really unethical. What should have taken 6 months took 2 years. AGAIN HEED THIS WARNING!

There is nothing worse then being ignored! This is what this guy does best. Ignores your calls, ignores your texts, ignores the situation your going through, and ignores you when you go to the office to pick up your paper work up because hes been taking too long and just stars at you while you walk out! - Dont waste your time.

If you are looking for a lawyer that hangs on your every call and email than go somewhere else. He does take his time returning calls and emails, but when the chips are down and its time to act he is a pit bull. If you want a lawyer that will not feed you a line of crap and fill your head with empty promises than pick Sam.

Garcea is part of the Hamilton Lawyers Club! He is negligent in many areas and does not accept responsibility when he screws up.Recently cost me $100k because of negligence in a real estate activity. I would not use him professionally
