I met Andrew Smith for the first time about 1 year ago. He was my 4th attorney in an unfortunate continuing disagreemnt with my ex wife. This man is the best there is for several reasons. First, there is a silent understanding among attorneys that have a client with "deep pockets" to milk the guy who can pay. He clearly does NOT do that. Second, he will not allow you to be bullied. Third, he is enormously competent and has no hesitation to litigate an opposing attorney who is wrong. In my view , another little secrets most attorneys will not tell you. Most attorneys don't like to litigate.....in fact, they count on NOT litigating which weakens your ability to fight for your rights. In summary, this guy is the best I have seen..... He beat the living day lights out of Boca Raton's well known "Paper Pusher/Paper Boy." Hire this guy...... Im telling you....HIRE THIS GUY......
