A bad attorney, in my opinion. Did not communicate with me consistently. Law firm agreed to call me once, every 3 weeks. Now, they have a secretarial staff but, could only get it together to manage 2 scheduled phone calls that coincided with the schedule we set. Ken Ronan doesn't like to be challenged. He is an "it's my way or the highway" type of attorney. I felt forced to accept the pitiful settlement, I guess I received(we apparently settled last Friday but, I have heard nothing from any of the attorneys), because they didn't seem to have the confidence in themselves to go to trial, even though they were the ones who said- we can play it safe or be "riverboat gamblers". I chose to gamble and lost the bet, not because of the other attorney-he was fired one week before settlement, you would figure....well nevermind- but, because my attorneys were incompetent. My recommendation is to NEVER HIRE Kenneth Ronan or Lavalle Brown and Ronan.
