Ms. Schuttler made several large errors that were costly and really hurt my case. Her responsiveness was terrible. At one point, I begged her for a reply 3 times over the course of a week and it took her 15 days to respond. She needlessly churned legal expenses and did nothing to help my case. On a couple occasions, she discussed and action she would take and never followed through. On others, I instructed her not to do something and she did it anyways. She never had a consistent strategy. She is way overpriced and not worth half of what she charges. Save yourself the headaches and money...AVOID!
