My experience with Mr. Howard Grossman at his law practice in Boca Raton was terrible. His behavior was unprofessional; his attitude snarky, sarcastic and condescending. I cannot find the right words to express my disappointment and disgust in seeing a human being act the way Mr. Grossman did.
