There are a lot of hidden reefs when you sail with David Pratt of Proskauer. Things can look good on the surface but be cautious. In my case I needed two things, that some of my wealth go to my charity, Beit Halochem, and the rest to my children. Pratt worked to make many sophisticated structures and designs but finally I could see, and I was also warned by others, that most would wind up in Pratt's pocket through overbilling and bad management. If you want to give to a charity, do it now. If you want to give to your children, do as much as you can now. Otherwise, if you are no longer around and you have Pratt as your lawyer, most of it will go to him. As far as a recommendation, I recommend that you run as far and as fast as you can from Proskauer and Pratt.
