Ms. Watson is a tireless agent and effective lawyer whose counsel and direction is unsurpassed in representative endeavours & a staunch guardian of worker rights - her knowledge of the law federal & provincial is unsurpassed.
Ms. Watson is most adept in direct examination / presentation of the issues – in cross examination her skills are aggressive and she leaves no doubt as to whom she represents.
Ms. Watson is also exceptional as a public speaker, educator and counsellor in union matters working with new stewards and / or with seasoned union delegates.

I have had the privilege of working with and learning from Mrs.Watson who has represented our local for 15yrs. Her wealth of knowledge of labour law, Human Rights, Employment Act and the fields that her many clients in work in is mesmerizing. Her communication skills in assisting her clients in all aspects are easy and clear to understand. She is straight with her clients in every way. Whether you have a case/grievance or you don't she tells you, No B.S.. Her success in arbitration is astonishing. She has won 2 probationary employees their jobs back (1 with back pay/benefits)for us. Watson does her home work better than most lawyers because she includes her clients in making them do thiers.There is no fear when it comes to exposing the employer for their mismanagement or incompetence. This lady is as fierce as they come when it comes to tearing apart the opposing party. The employer cringes when they see Watson in arbitration.Watson's is worth a lot more than she charges.

Absolutley the "BEST" labour lawyer in Ontario. You can't lose with Cynthia Watson in your corner. Our union and executive board wouldn't dare take another lawyer to arbitration. Cindy is the best and we have yet to lose a case with Cynthia Watson.

In my opinion Cindy Watson is one of the greatest labor lawyers in Canada. She is a true labor activist at heart. She has a long standing history of representing our local with the utmost professionalism and her record speaks for itself. She has always gone above and beyond for us. I truly appreciate a lawyer who is always willing to tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. Recently Cindy has won our local a huge award regarding an 8 day employee. Proving once again her abilities are beyond measure. She has always been willing to take on new challenges and has done so with incredible success. If you are looking for a true professional who believes in what they practices and will always argue with conviction, then she's the right person for you.

SHE DID NOT DEFEND WORKER OF ADM-AGRI IND. WINDSOR ONTARIO. WORKER WAS EMPLOYED 6 AND 1/2YEARS WITH OUT ANY PROBLEM, BUT HIS MISTAKE WAS TWO DAYES SICKNESS AND TWO HOURS WITH FAMILY (13 MONTH OLD HIS CHILD) AND WIFE IN WIFES CONVENIENCE STORE.WIFE OWNE STORE FROM 1999 BUT THAT CONV. IS POOR STILL DONT HAVE LOTTERY THAT SHOVING WHICH KIND STOR IS THAT.CINDY DID NOT DEFEND WORKER JUST HER KNOWNE REASON, OR KNOWNE REASON TO ADM-AGRI AND UNION(UFCW) AND ARBITRATOR M.WATTERS BUT UNKNOWN REASON TO WORKER WHO IS FOREIGNER WITH POOR ENGLISH BUT CLEAR WORKING HISTORY AND LIFE HISTORY.WORKER TRY TO HELP HIS FAMILY IN THER CONVIN. BUT HE GOT LIFE PUNISHMENT FOR THAT SMALL HELP. HE FOREVER LOST JOB ALTHUGH HAD UNION AND THER LAWYER.ARBITRATION WAS TWO YEARS.BECAUS ALL OF THAT EVRY POTENTALY EMPOLYER LOOKING ON WORKER LIKE BIG CRIMINL NO ONE UNDERSTAND HOW UNION LAWYER DID NOT DEFEND THAT SMALL CASE.
