The lawyering work got done, so I guess that is what counts. The office staff was not so good, a little snippy. I think the issue was that for them my once-in-a-lifetime major event was just everyday office work to them. I would have liked to have seen more empathy to my worries about the impact of my case on my life.
Update: Downgraded a star. Fairly expensive ($330/hour) and they charge up front. Ok, you have to pay for services, but after the job was done, they sent two more niggling little bills which is annoying. The last one I got was for .1 hour to review a letter and that cost $33.
I can't recommend them.
