This guy is TERRIBLE. He was leading an arbitration case I was involved in. I had an attorney from a prestigious Mpls. firm. He moaned when he heard Labine was the arbitrator. Labine was unprepared, and then asked for $1000 more at the time of the arbitration meeting saying he worked 10 more hours. My attorney said he didn't work an extra 10 minute on the simple case. My attorney deferred 1000 dollars of my retainer to help me pay this crook. He's a scruffy, rank amateur who found a job as a referee after hanging around as a ne'er-do-well in the legal community. I'm not a lawyer, but he's just "a bit off" . . . . pompous, arrogant, and self-serving. A real asshat.
