I have been an attorney over 30 years. I retained Mr Pott to defend me in a baseless malpractice case brought by an ethically challenged Santa Monica attorney. Mr. Pott disposed of the case at the pleading stage, which in an of itself is quite an accomplishment since most judges bend over backwards to give the plaintiff his/her "day in court. Mr. Pott is one of the finest attorneys I've met. He took charge of my case and kept me informed as it progressed. I would not hesitate to recommend him (or his firm) to anyone.
