Terrible unethical attorney. Once she gets your money she disappears. She will file your paperwork late and get into arguments with the judge. Please check out her reviews on google and avvo before you hire her. If you have a bad experience with her report, her to the DC Bar. Shes a real scam artist.

Please stay away from this lawyer. She will say everything you want to hear just for you to retain her. I hired this lawyer and paid her $ 2800, she hasn’t done anything. I had to file to the court for small claims. I had to follow up to the Arlington bankruptcy court to claim my money. They are paying me $56 monthly because she could not pay me all the money at once. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER.

Terrible lawyer. We paid over $5000 for my wife's immigration case with nothing to show for. Never returns calls. Passed my wife's case to another attorney she worked with without our knowledge. We obtained other counsel but could never get a copy of my wife's file. Her assistant said "we lost it".

I had a bad experience with her. On the first appointment she made it seem that my case was going to be easy, and I would get my work permit in 8 months, and then I would be able to apply for the green card. So I paid the fees and other expenses almost $900.00. Then couple of of days later she told me that I had to wait 2 years to see if I could get a Visa #. I thought that there was miscommunication, so I tried to talk to her, and I only could talk to her assistance which did not know nothing about my case. So I talked to a pro bono lawyer,she told me that my case was easy and I did not have to leave the country. Then another lawyer told me to apply for the work permit. so I did and within 4 weeks I got my application approved and the uscis mailed my work permit card. Now I am just waiting for my interview for the green card. I do not recommend her, I wasted time and money.

Provides the most up-to date and current knowledge regarding may immigration issues. I had experienced some border issues where my family and I were not going to be allowed in the US. We engaged this lawyer and our issues were resolved the same day and has acted to alleviate the border issues - we were able to cross into the US later that day. She saved the day and my family and I cannot thank her enough. I have no reservation in recommending her to others. She was effective and efficient with our situation.

STAY AWAY!!!! she will tell you anything you want to hear until she gets the money, then its impossible to reach her. with an overwhelming concern, I would ask a ton of questions but only get one open ended answer. if you value communication and dedication.... STAY AWAY!!!!

I had the same experience as another person mentioned on 08/27/09. As that person said: This lawyer is rude, does not want to communicate, does not return phone calls or emails, but remeber to charge for services that they were not performed. This is the worst lawyer I hired as well. If there is only two immigration lawyers left in this country, please choose another one.

I came to the US in 2002 and Glendia Mondesir convinced me she would get me unskilled worker status. Glendia conducted all our dealings out of office, I never got to meet her in any office. The first payment she took from me, she took me to a Chevy Chase branch in Manassas and got me to get money from a machine and pay it to her, she gave me no receipts. She continued to come to my house where I was living (I was working illegally and Glendia was aware) and take money from me claiming to have filed my paperwork for immigration to the US. After 8 months with nothing happening and Glendia having stolen a total of $2380 from me, I was advised by my church to leave the country and go back to avoid any deportation. Glendia stopped taking any of my calls and any pleas from my church members for her to refund my money were futile. I left the US and went back home to Africa with nothing, even the ticket was raised by my church. Glendia is very incompetent and a deceitful woman. Beware everyone

We highly recommend Glendia, especially if you have a complicated nightmare of an immigration case. Our prior attorney really placed our case in a bad position. Miraculously she got our case approved and resloved. We can't thank her and staff enough!

I find Glendia to be very customer focused. She has provided excellent service for a difficult immigration situation and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. this Firm seems to keep current with changes to US immgration laws and how it would affect or benefit or affect my case. This gave me much confidence in my dealing with this company. I have referred other clients and will continue to do so until I am experience differently.
